A.G. White

Born and raised in East New York, one of Brooklyn’s toughest neighborhoods, A.G. is sure to give all of his audiences a real “taste of comedy with a different flavor…”

After getting positive feedback for performances at several Brooklyn nightspots, A.G. took his act to Harlem where he auditioned and performed at the renowned Uptown Comedy Club. He passed their “New Jack” segment, was asked to return as a regular and later received his first national broadcast opportunity on their newly televised show, The Uptown Comedy Club. Through stand-up routines airing nationally on FOX and in syndication, A.G.’s unique style gained familiarity throughout the comedy arena. Emphatically accepted by New York audiences, talent agents suddenly received word of A.G. White. They observed and enjoyed several of his performances then asked him to perform at the prestigious Apollo Theater in Harlem; leading to his TV performance on It’s Showtime at the Apollo. He was featured as the guest comedian and soon after, performed on the Apollo Comedy Hour. His presentation was so well received that entertainment officials called him to perform as a featured comedian at the Tribute to Robin Harris, held at the Apollo Theater.

Since then, A.G. hosted and performed internationally at various venues including comedy clubs, event spaces and colleges. He broadened his diverse comedic style to reaching audiences such as that for BET’s Comicview and even began producing live stand-up comedy events at National Amusements Multiplex & Showcase Cinemas. A.G.’s stand-up comedy extends to charitable functions including Comic Relief IV, a fundraiser for homeless people. His national broadcast exposure continues to increase and includes performances on Showtime: White Boyz in the Hood Season 1; HBO: P. Diddy Presents The Bad Boys of Comedy Season 1 and Starz Network: Martin Lawrence Presents 1st Amendment Stand Up Season 3. All are now available on DVD and several are on Netflix.

Audience acclaim for A.G.’s various ethnic impersonations such as round-the-way girls, homeboys, white males, white females, Latinos, Jamaicans and Arabs enabled him to cross multi-cultural barriers.

A.G. White was a contributor to HBO’s “SNAPS” and the book “SNAPS”, Volumes I, II and III; has honorable mentions in “I Am the New Black” by Tracy Morgan, © 2009 and “Call Me Russell” by Russell Peters, © 2010.

JP Justice

This 20-year veteran has established himself as a versatile comedian. His keen sense of audience observation is Seinfeldesque, enhancing his ability to make jokes about anything, under any circumstances. JP JUSTICE was familiar with hard times, and the only thing helping him cope was his ability to make folks laugh. Born into a large family, there was always an audience, and he practiced often. Not surprising, JP JUSTICE’s switch to the big stage was only a matter of time once he overcame many of life’s small tangents. It was an insightful trip JP JUSTICE took to Africa, at the age of 18, that caused him to take a new look at his life and decide to complete high school. While attending a New York City college, he finally realized comedy was his calling, and that is when his career began. JP JUSTICE is swift with snaps and handles hecklers with ease. These capabilities landed him his first big break in 1996, when the world famous Apollo Theater asked him to host their Amateur Night. During this rotation, he sharpened his skills and gained recognition as one of New York’s greatest hosts. He then went on to lead a variety of shows to success; including writing comedy for then popular 98.7 Kiss FM’s (New York) radio morning show with Isaac Hayes and Friends. Shortly after, JP JUSTICE created and co-produced a racy weekly stage variety show called “Wha Da Family”. He was head writer, producer and cast member; proving that live variety shows were still a viable format. JP JUSTICE was also the host of the nucleus of black comedy clubs in NYC, The Uptown Comedy Club. Since then, JP JUSTICE’s stand-up routine has garnered television appearances on The Original Russell Simmons’ Def Comedy Jam, Comic View, Showtime at the Apollo, and Uptown Comedy Club. He has played the “chitlin circuit” and numerous clubs around the world, including headlining at the famous Caroline’s on Broadway, The Improv and Laugh Factory. He has opened for artists such as Chris Rock, Paul Mooney, Bernie Mac, LL Cool J and Tommy Davidson. His unique talent landed him hosting gigs for HBO Comedy Special, Black Expo (various cities), and the Miss Black Teen Pageant. JP JUSTICE also received an award from HBO’s Comic Relief benefit for Dedication to the Homeless. This articulate narrator of the world looks at life and answers through humor. Ready to take the world by storm, and having already left his mark, JP JUSTICE is destined for comedic stardom. Audiences are ready for his straightforward style. Are you?
